I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, did you receive my order?

Please check your junk mailbox as sometimes our automated e-mails are mistaken for spam. If your card was charged, then we received your order and are processing it in the order that it was received.

 

How long before I receive my order?

We try to get every order out next business day, however, this is not always possible depending on the number of orders we receive. Your order will ship out within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, depending on your location (we ship from Oregon) and the shipping service you choose, your order will take 2-3 business days to arrive at your provided shipping address.

 

Can you send my tracking information, I haven’t received it?

Tracking information is sent automatically when we print the shipping labels. If you haven’t received it, then we have not yet processed your order. Also, check your junk mailbox, it may be there.

 

Do you offer discreet shipping?

Yes. All of our packages are shipped with discreet packaging and labeling.
